Electrical Energy Conversion

The electrical energy conversion minor package in the Electric Power Engineering Undergraduate Study Program is a package of basic knowledge needed for the field of electrical energy utilization in industry. In the electrical energy conversion minor package, students will be given fundamental knowledge in the field of electrotechnics, namely understanding electrical circuits and electromagnetic fields, then given a basic understanding of electrical energy conversion through Electrical Machines, Power Generation, and Power Electronics courses. After taking this minor, students are expected to have an initial understanding of the utilization of electrical machinery in industry, both as a generator and as a drives.
