High Voltage Technology
The High Voltage Technology minor package in the Electric Power Engineering Undergraduate Study Program is a package of basic knowledge needed for the field of utilization of high voltage technology in electric power systems. In this minor package, students will be given fundamental knowledge in the field of electrotechnics, namely understanding electrical circuits and electromagnetic fields, then given a basic understanding of high-voltage technology through High Voltage Engineering courses, Electrotechnical Materials, students can explore by taking at least two courses from the following courses Grounding and High Voltage Protection, High Voltage Equipment Insulation Techniques, High Voltage Equipment Maintenance, and High Voltage Equipment and Testing. After taking this minor, students are expected to have an initial understanding of the working and operational principles of high voltage equipment.
