Parent Access Feature in Academic Information System

Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) continues to enhance its academic services by introducing a special access feature for parents in ITB's Academic Information System (SIX). This innovation is part of ITB's commitment to building better communication between the institution, students, and parents.

How Parents Can Access SIX

Parents can access ITB SIX using a special username format "orangtua-NIM", where NIM is their child's Student Identification Number. However, before parents can access the system, there is an activation step that must be completed first.

Activation Procedure

Students play a crucial role in the parent account activation process. Before parents can access SIX, students must activate the parent account through the available Control Panel application. This step is part of the security protocol to ensure that access is granted with the consent of the student concerned.
