Diploma Issuance for October 2024 Period

Diploma issuance for October 2024 period for graduates who completed their final examination between August 2024 and September 2024 will be conducted on October 26, 2024.

Digital diplomas and transcripts for the August 2024 period can be downloaded from the Academic Information System (SIX) starting October 26, 2024 at 13:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time). Graduates can also collect their printed diplomas and transcripts starting October 28, 2024.

Procedure for collecting diplomas is as follows:

1. Graduates must select a date and time for diploma collection through the Academic Information System (SIX), as long as schedules are still available.
2. On the selected date and time, graduates can collect their documents at CAS Building 1st Floor or Sabuga Building Gate C (please note your chosen location).
