Study Planning Schedule for Semester I-2025/2026

• Study planning activities are done through Academic Information System (SIX)
• Study plan submission and academic advising: January 28, 2026 (06.00 AM WIB) - February 3, 2026 (03.00 PM WIB)
• Tuition payment: no later than February 8, 2026
• KSM download: starts from January 28, 2026; no later than February 9, 2026

Download & Validation of Student Study Card (KSM)

1. Enrollment is considered complete only after students have downloaded their KSM in SIX.
2. Students must download KSM to be registered in the Class Participant List. Please pay attention to the KSM download schedule.

Notes for 2025 Undergraduate Students

1. The study plans for new Undergraduate Students Batch 2025 and Professional Engineer Students Batch 2025 will be automatically generated by the system. Students do not need to fill out their study plans manually.
2. Students may download their Study Plan Card (KSM) from SIX.

Program Scheme Application (Specialization, Minor, & Double Major)

1. Program Scheme application is done through the SIX.
2. Program scheme application will be evaluated by the Organizing Study Program.
3. Program Scheme Application Schedule:
   • Program scheme submission: TBA
   • Program scheme application evaluation (by Organizing Study Program): TBA
   • Program scheme selection announcement will be made on TBA
   • For students whose chosen Program Scheme is approved, study plan submission will be conducted on March 3-6, 2026 (PRS period)
4. Students who register for a program scheme are expected to have attended sit-in classes for the program scheme courses since the beginning of the semester.
