• Study Planning Channel: Conducted online via the Academic Information System (SIX).

• Study Plan Submission & Academic Advising: June 23, 2026, at 08:00 AM WIB – June 26, 2026, at 02:00 PM WIB.

• Tuition Fee (UKT) Payment Deadline: No later than June 28, 2026.

• Student Study Card (KSM) Download Period: From June 23, 2026, until June 28, 2026.

Downloading & Validation of the Student Study Card (KSM)

• The study planning process is officially considered complete only after the student successfully downloads their KSM via SIX.

• Students must download their KSM to be officially registered in the Class Attendance List. Please pay close attention to the KSM download schedule.

Special Notes for 2025 Undergraduate Students / First-Year Students (TPB)

To provide an opportunity for students to complete or improve their academic results for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (MAFIKI) courses in the Common First-Year Foundation Stage (TPB), as well as ITB Compulsory Courses (MKWI), the Directorate of the Common First-Year Foundation Stage (DITSAMA) is organizing the Short Semester (SP) Program during the 2025/2026 Interterm with a maximum workload of 9 (nine) credits (SKS).

The implementation regulations for the program are as follows:

• Registration Period: June 23–26, 2026.

• Study Plan Adjustment Period (PRS): July 7–10, 2026.

• Students who fail to register during the specified regular period may still submit their study plan during the PRS period, provided they have reported to the lecturer-in-charge and attended the preceding classes as a sit-in participant.

• ITB Compulsory Courses (MKWI) and General Education Courses (MKU):

  • Lecture Period: June 29 – August 21, 2026.

  • The list of offered courses can be found in the attachment of this announcement.

• Basic Science Courses:

  • Implementation Periods:

    • Period I: June 29 – July 24, 2026.

    • Period II: July 27 – August 21, 2026.

  • The list of offered courses is limited to what is currently available.

  • Laboratory Practicums will be held at the Jatinangor Campus.

• Lecture Locations & Timelines:

  • Short Semester lectures will be conducted at both the Ganesha and Jatinangor Campuses.

  • The specific class schedules will follow the timelines set via the Academic Information System (SIX).

Important Notes:

• A Short Semester course will only be conducted if the total number of registered students is at least 15 (fifteen) students.

• If the number of participants does not meet this requirement, the class may be canceled or suspended.

• Any necessary adjustments to the schedule or regulations of the Short Semester will be communicated through DITSAMA’s official channels.
