Due to the additional time required to conduct a thorough and accurate verification process of registration documents, we would like to announce an adjustment to the schedule and regulations regarding the first Tuition Fee (UKT/IPI) payment.

This adjustment applies exclusively to prospective students from the following selection tracks:

• SNBT

• Initial Screening for Prospective KIP-K Recipients of SSU-ITB (Report Card, and OSN Talent Tracks)

Important Regulations Regarding the First Payment & Tuition Fee (UKT) Appeal/Reduction Request

All prospective students are requested to read the following regulations carefully to avoid any misinterpretation:

• The Amount Sent via Email is Only the First Payment: The nominal amount specified in this first payment is not the final result of your Tuition Fee (UKT) appeal.

• Tuition Fee (UKT) Reduction/Appeal Application: For prospective students who wish to apply for a reduction or downgrade of their UKT nominal amount, the formal appeal process will be opened simultaneously in August 2026. Comprehensive information and procedures regarding the UKT appeal will be announced at a later date.

• Initial Screening for Prospective KIP-K Recipients of SSU-ITB: For prospective students applying to SSU-ITB through the KIP-Kuliah (KIPK) track, the information released on June 22, 2026, is an initial stage announcement declaring your status as a Prospective KIP-K Recipient. Please note that this decision is strictly based on the preliminary screening of your documents. The final decision regarding your official KIP-K recipient status will be announced later, following a thorough and factual verification process conducted directly by the KIP-Kuliah management team.

Next Steps for Prospective Students:

1. Check Your Email Routinely: Official information regarding the first payment nominal and the payment guidelines will be sent directly to each student's registered UKT email address on June 22, 2026.

2. Complete Your Payment on Time: The payment process must be completed no later than June 24, 2026, to ensure your re-registration status becomes active, allowing for immediate processing of your Student Identification Number (NIM).
