A. SCHEDULE AND ANNOUNCEMENT PAGE

The graduation announcement for the Seleksi Siswa Unggul (SSU ITB) Test Track will be released on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 17:00 WIB.
The graduation results for the Seleksi Siswa Unggul (SSU ITB) Test Track can be accessed on the Admission page.

B. RE-REGISTRATION

New Student Re-registration for candidates declared to have passed the Seleksi Siswa Unggul (SSU ITB) Test Track will be conducted from June 27 to July 3, 2026, ONLINE by activating the re-registration process under the selection results section of your admissions account.
Candidates will receive a temporary username and password to log in via the Non-ITB Account option on the SIX portal after the re-registration account activation process is completed.
This re-registration process is MANDATORY for all prospective students who have been declared passed through the Seleksi Siswa Unggul (SSU ITB) Test Track at ITB.

C. DATA ENTRY AND RE-REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

During the online New Student Re-registration process, candidates are required to fill out their profile data and upload scanned copies of several documents in PDF or JPEG/JPG format. The documents that must be prepared and uploaded are:

Temporary Graduation Certificate (STL) or Grade XII Attestation Letter:

The Temporary Graduation Certificate (STL) or Grade XII Attestation Letter must include the candidate's photograph and be stamped with the official school seal (the school stamp must partially overlap the photograph).
- High school graduation is a primary requirement to pursue higher education at State Universities. ITB will revoke the admission status of any new student candidate who cannot provide valid proof of high school graduation.
ORIGINAL Birth Certificate:

Certificates of Birth Recognition (Surat Kenal Lahir) and/or similar documents other than an official Birth Certificate cannot be accepted.
- The Family Card (KK) CANNOT BE USED as a substitute for the Birth Certificate document.
- Candidates who do not yet possess a birth certificate must immediately arrange for its issuance and are required to upload the document between July 1 and July 15, 2026.
ORIGINAL High School Report Cards (Semester 1 to Semester 5):

Specifically the sections containing the subject grades and the candidate's personal identity page.
High School Diploma:

Candidates who have not yet received their original diploma MUST upload the scan of the ORIGINAL Diploma between July 1 and July 15, 2026.
Proof of Health Insurance Ownership:

The health insurance referred to must facilitate inpatient care due to illness, and not an Accident Insurance policy.
- ITB requires all students to hold active Health Insurance throughout their study period at ITB.
- BPJS Kesehatan is the minimum standard insurance that candidates must possess.
- Candidates who do not yet have health insurance during the online registration schedule above must upload proof of health insurance ownership between July 1 and July 15, 2026.
ORIGINAL Color Blindness-Free Certificate from an Ophthalmologist:

Mandatory for candidates accepted into the following Faculty/School: A Certificate of Freedom from Total or Partial Color Blindness is required for the School of Pharmacy (SF).
- Color blindness certificates issued by general practitioners or doctors other than an Ophthalmologist (Eye Specialist) cannot be accepted.
- The Color Blindness-Free Certificate may use the template provided by the hospital/clinic or the official format provided by ITB on the "Color Blindness-Free Letter Format" page. The certificate must be signed, and the official stamp must overlap the attached photograph.

D. TUITION FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Tuition fees for undergraduate students of the Seleksi Siswa Unggul (SSU ITB) program consist of 2 components:

Tuition Fee per Semester (UKT): Mandatorily paid at the beginning of each semester.
Institutional Development Contribution (IPI): Paid only once during the New Student Re-registration schedule.

The Tuition Fee (UKT) rates for the Seleksi Siswa Unggul (SSU ITB) Undergraduate Program, in accordance with the information on the Admission page, are as follows:

The Institutional Development Contribution (IPI) rates for the Seleksi Siswa Unggul (SSU ITB) Undergraduate Program, in accordance with the information on the Admission page, are as follows:

Candidates must complete the UKT and IPI payments between June 27 and July 7, 2026, to be processed for academic administration as new ITB students and to be issued a Student ID Number (NIM).
Information regarding UKT payment procedures can be obtained on the https://six.itb.ac.id/login portal under the "Finance and Scholarship" menu after completing the student master data finalization during the re-registration process.
Candidates from the SSU track may apply for a UKT installment payment scheme under the following conditions:
- Installment registration is open from June 27 to July 7, 2026, through the Financial Directorate's TMS under the "Finance and Scholarship" menu on the temporary SIX account.
- Installment payments can be made after the installment application is approved, which is indicated by the appearance of the detailed billing installments under the SIX finance and scholarship menu.
For those applying for the KIP-K Scholarship but who are not yet able to make the educational operational fee (BPP) payments for either IPI or UKT, please wait for further announcements that will be sent via email.
Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the Standard Unit of Higher Education Operational Costs at State Universities regarding the Imposition of Tuition Fees, ITB applies UKT rates for scholarship recipient students from economically disadvantaged families in accordance with statutory regulations.
The percentage of students charged Group I and Group II UKT rates, along with scholarship recipient students from economically disadvantaged families as referred to in paragraph (1), shall total at least 20% (twenty percent) of the entire intake of accepted new students.

E. STATEMENT OF DATA ACCURACY AND DATA VERIFICATION

For all candidates declared accepted at ITB, the following provisions shall apply:

All data and documents submitted online must be truthful and accurate.
The data and documents uploaded by the candidates will be audited for accuracy during the data verification stage.
On the registration page, all candidates will provide a formal statement confirming that all data and documents submitted are true. If it is discovered at a later date that the data and documents provided are false or inaccurate, the student may face the consequence of having their STATUS AS AN ITB STUDENT REVOKED.
