Welcome to Semester I of Academic Year 2026/2027!

It is time to start planning your courses again. However, before you begin setting up your study plan on SIX, please take note of an important update. Starting this year, in accordance with the 2026 Academic Regulations (Ketentuan Akademik / KA 2026), ITB is introducing new terms for the academic planning process:

  • The term Formulir Rencana Studi (FRS) has officially changed to Pendaftaran Rencana Studi (DRS) (Study Plan Registration).

  • The term Perubahan Rencana Studi (PRS) has officially changed to Ubah Rencana Studi (URS) (Study Plan Revision).

Consequently, all administrative processes related to study planning for this semester onward will fully adopt these new terms (DRS and URS). Academic planning will be conducted online via the Academic Information System (SIX) according to the following schedule:

Special Instructions for New Undergraduate & Professional Engineer Students (Class of 2026)

  • The study plans for Class of 2026 New Undergraduate and Professional Engineer students are pre-packaged and automatically generated by the system.

  • Students are not required to perform manual study plan registration (DRS).

  • Despite not filling out the form, students are still required to download their Student Study Card (KSM) from SIX by August 30, 2026, to ensure their names are listed on the Official Class Roster.

Downloading & Validating the Student Study Card (KSM)

  • Academic planning is considered complete only after the student downloads their KSM from SIX.
