SNBP 2026: Selection Results

A. SCHEDULE AND ANNOUNCEMENT WEBSITES

The announcement of the 2026 SNBP and the 2026 ITB SNBP-Specialization (Peminatan) Program results will be released on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 15:00 WIB.
SNBP 2026 graduation results can be accessed at https://snbp.itb.ac.id.
ITB SNBP-Specialization Program results can be accessed at https://minat.itb.ac.id.

B. RE-REGISTRATION

Online re-registration for candidates who have passed the 2026 SNBP will take place from April 2 – 10, 2026, ONLINE via the Activation page.
Candidates will receive a temporary username and password to log in to the SIX system after the re-registration account activation process is completed.
This registration process is MANDATORY for all candidates who have been declared successful in the 2026 SNBP at ITB.

C. DATA SUBMISSION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

During the online re-registration process, candidates must fill out data and upload scanned files of several documents in PDF or JPEG/JPG format. The required documents are:

Original 2026 SNBP Participant Card.
Original Temporary Graduation Certificate (STL) or Grade 12 Statement Letter: Must include a photograph and be officially stamped by the school (the stamp must overlap the photo).

Note: High school graduation is a primary requirement. ITB will cancel the admission status of candidates who fail to provide proof of high school graduation.
Original Birth Certificate: "Notification of Birth" (Surat Kenal Lahir) or similar documents are not accepted. Family Cards (KK) CANNOT be used as a substitute for a Birth Certificate. (Those who do not have one yet must upload it between July 1 – 15, 2026).
Original High School Reports: Semester 1 to Semester 5, showing subject grades and student identity.
High School Diploma: Candidates who have not yet received their original diploma MUST upload the scanned file between July 1 – 15, 2026.
Proof of Health Insurance: Must cover inpatient care due to illness (not just Accident Insurance).
- ITB requires all students to have health insurance throughout their education.
- BPJS is the minimum required insurance.
- If not yet available during the online registration period, proof must be uploaded between July 1 – 15, 2026.
Original Non-Color Blindness Certificate from an Ophthalmologist (Eye Specialist):
- Mandatory (Total and Partial): For School of Pharmacy (SF)
- Note: Certificates from general practitioners are not accepted. Certificates must follow the ITB format.

D. TUITION FEES (UKT) AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The Single Tuition Fee (UKT) per semester is a mandatory obligation for all ITB students.

Important Tuition Policies:

Initially, all new students are assigned UKT-7 because economic documents have not yet been verified.
Students may apply for a reduction (to UKT 1–6) after online re-registration by uploading economic supporting documents.
Payment Period: April 13 – 16, 2026.
Payment Deferral: Those unable to pay the first UKT due to financial reasons must report by April 10, 2026, via Ketidaksanggupan UKT S1. Decisions will be sent via WhatsApp on April 21, 2026.

E. INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION (SPI)

SPI at ITB is voluntary.
It serves as an invitation for parents/guardians to contribute as a form of gratitude.
All SPI funds are used entirely for UKT scholarships to support students in need.

F. PROVISIONS FOR SNBP-SPECIALIZATION (PEMINATAN) PARTICIPANTS

After the first semester, students will be placed in the specific study program they were accepted into during the SNBP-Specialization process.
These students are not allowed to apply for a transfer to another study program for any reason.

G. STATEMENT OF DATA AUTHENTICITY

All uploaded data and documents must be true and accurate. If it is discovered later that the information provided is false, the student may face REVOCATION OF STUDENT STATUS AT ITB.
