The full details of the New Student Admission (PMB) activities are as follows:
I. Alma Mater Jacket Collection

Collection Dates: January 21–23, 2026, and January 28–29, 2026

Time: 08:00 – 15:00 WIB

Location: Gate C, Sabuga Building
Requirements for Collection:

Must have a Student Identification Number (NIM).

Present an active E-KTM (Electronic Student Card) to the officer via the SIX ITB system.

Ensure your mobile device can access the SIX portal at the collection site.

A signed power of attorney with a duty stamp (meterai) is required if represented by someone else.

Tips for Attending the Welcoming Ceremony at Sasana Budaya Ganesha (Sabuga):

Punctuality: Please arrive on time; we recommend being at the location by 07:30 WIB.

Dress Code: Wear the alma mater jacket, a white shirt, and dark trousers/skirt. If you have not yet received your jacket, please wear a white shirt, dark bottoms, and a blue blazer/formal jacket.

Personal Supplies: Bring your own tumbler and personal snacks.

Seating: Please sit in the designated area for your respective Faculty/School.

Transportation: Due to limited parking, we strongly suggest using public transportation.

Conduct: Maintain order, security, and cleanliness at all times.

VI. Academic Advising & Study Plan
Academic Advising and Study Plan Entry (Pengisian Rencana Studi – PRS) will take place from January 28 – February 5, 2026. This process can be completed via six.itb.ac.id or the SIX Mobile app under the following provisions:

Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs: Students are required to independently enter their study plans during this period.

Professional Programs: The study plan is automatically assigned (package system). You are only required to download your Student Study Card (KSM) through your respective SIX account during the specified period.
