Diploma Issuance Schedule for April 2025

The diploma issuance schedule for the February 2025 and March 2025 graduates is as follows:

• Digital diplomas and transcripts: Available for download via the Academic Information System (SIX) starting April 26, 2025, at 13:00 WIB.
• Printed diplomas and transcripts: Available for collection from May 5-9, 2025, between 9:00 and 14:30 WIB at Library Building, Floor 1, Ganesha Campus.

Diploma Collection Procedure:

1. Online Booking: Graduates must make an online booking through SIX starting April 28, 2025 to reserve collection time.
2. Schedule Selection: Through SIX, graduates will select their preferred date and time for diploma collection, subject to availability.
3. Document Collection:  Graduates must collect their documents at the designated location on their selected date and time.
4. Alternative Arrangements: For collection outside of the scheduled times, please contact the Helpdesk at https://helpdesk.six.itb.ac.id/.
