Diploma Issuance Schedule for August 2025 Term

The diploma issuance schedule for August 2025 term (July 2025 graduates) is as follows:

• Digital diplomas and transcripts: Available for download via the Academic Information System (SIX) starting September 24, 2025.
• Printed diplomas and transcripts: Available for collection from September 15-19, 2025, between 08:00 and 12:00 WIB at Auditorium Room, Labtek XV Building, 2nd Floor, Ganesha Campus.

Diploma Collection Procedure:

1. Online Booking: Graduates must make an online booking through SIX to reserve collection time.
2. Schedule Selection: Through SIX, graduates will select their preferred date and time for diploma collection, subject to availability.
3. Document Collection:  Graduates must collect their documents at the designated location on their selected date and time.
4. Alternative Arrangements: For collection outside of the scheduled times, please contact Helpdesk.
