Study Planning Schedule for Semester II-2024/2025

• Study planning activities are done through Academic Information System (SIX)
• Study plan submission and academic advising: February 5-11, 2025
• Tuition payment: no later than February 16, 2025
• KSM download: no later than February 17, 2025

 

Download & Validation of Student Study Card (KSM)

1. Enrollment is considered complete only after students have downloaded their KSM in SIX.
2. Requirements for downloading KSM
   • Semester II-2024/2025 study plan must be approved by the Academic Advisor in SIX,
   • Must have paid Semester II-2024/2025 tuition fees (or completed the first installment if student applied for tuition installment plan), and
   • Must not have any pending cases, either academic or non-academic.
3. Students must download KSM to be registered in the Class Participant List. Please pay attention to the KSM download schedule.

 

Notes for 2024 Undergraduate Students

1. 2024 Undergraduate Students can fill out study plans starting February 7, 2025
2. Study plans have been automatically created by the system but are not yet submitted.
3. Students must still submit their study plans and complete academic advising.
4. Students can add Physical Education courses:
   • Physical Education courses are opened in Semester II-2024/2024 with predetermined quotas.
   • Students can add Physical Education courses if there are still available slots.
   • Students who cannot secure a slot for Physical Education courses can take them in subsequent semesters.

 

Program Scheme Application (Specialization, Minor, & Double Major)

1. Program Scheme application is done through the Academic web portal.
2. Program scheme application will be evaluated by the Organizing Study Program.
3. Program Scheme Application Schedule:
   • Program scheme submission: February 3-11, 2025
   • Program scheme application evaluation (by Organizing Study Program): February 12-19, 2025
   • Program scheme selection announcement will be made on February 21, 2025
   • For students whose chosen Program Scheme is approved, study plan submission will be conducted on March 11-14, 2025 (PRS period)
4. Students who register for a program scheme are expected to have attended sit-in classes for the program scheme courses since the beginning of the semester.
