Re-registration Information for New Students via the 2026 Excellent Student Selection (SSU ITB) – Report Card and OSN Talent Tracks

A. SCHEDULE AND ANNOUNCEMENT PAGES

  • The graduation/admission announcement for the Excellent Student Selection (SSU ITB) Report Card & OSN Talent Track 2026 will be released on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 17:00 WIB.

  • The graduation/admission announcement for SSU ITB 2026 can be accessed on the Admission page. 

B. RE-REGISTRATION

  • Online Re-Registration for new students who have been declared passed the Excellent Student Selection (SSU ITB) Report Card & OSN Talent Track 2026 will be held from May 29 – June 5, 2026, ONLINE by completing account activation through the Activation  page.

  • Prospective students will receive a temporary username and password to log in to the SIX page once the re-registration account activation process is completed. 
  • This re-registration activity is MANDATORY for all prospective students who have been declared passed the SSU ITB Report Card & OSN Talent Track 2026 at ITB.

C. DATA ENTRY AND RE-REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

During the online Re-Registration process, prospective students will fill out data and upload scanned copies of several documents in PDF or JPEG/JPG format. The mandatory documents to be prepared and uploaded are:

  1. Temporary Certificate of Graduation (STL) or Grade XII Attestation Letter
    • The Temporary STL or Grade XII Attestation Letter must include a photo of the prospective student and be stamped with the official School Stamp (the stamp must overlap the student's photo).

    • High school graduation is the primary requirement to continue education at State Universities. ITB will revoke the admission status of any prospective student who is unable to provide proof of high school graduation.

  2. ORIGINAL Birth Certificate
    • Birth Notification Letters (Surat Kenal Lahir) and/or similar documents other than an official Birth Certificate cannot be used.

    • A Family Card (KK) CANNOT BE USED as a substitute for the Birth Certificate.

    • Prospective students who do not yet have a birth certificate must immediately arrange for its creation and are required to upload the document between July 1 – 15, 2026..

  3. ORIGINAL High School Report Cards (Semester 1 to Semester 5), specifically, the sections containing subject grades and the prospective student's identity.
  4. High School Diploma: Prospective students who have not yet received their original diploma MUST upload the ORIGINAL diploma file between July 1 – 15, 2026.
  5. Proof of Health Insurance Coverage
    • Health insurance refers to insurance that covers inpatient care due to illness, not Accident Insurance.

    • ITB requires all students to hold valid Health Insurance throughout their studies at ITB.

    • BPJS Kesehatan is the minimum insurance required for prospective students.

    • Prospective students who do not have health insurance during the online registration window above must upload proof of health insurance between July 1 – 15, 2026.

  6. ORIGINAL Color Blind Free Certificate from an Ophthalmologist (Eye Specialist)
      • Mandatory for prospective students admitted to the following Faculty/School: A Total or Partial Color Blind Free Certificate for the School of Pharmacy (SF).

      • Color Blind Free Certificates issued by doctors other than an Ophthalmologist will not be accepted.

      • The certificate may use the standard format from the hospital/clinic or the template provided by ITB on the Color Blind Free Letter Format page. The certificate must be signed, and the official stamp must overlap the student's photo.


D. TUITION FEE (UKT & IPI) AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Education costs for Undergraduate Program students admitted via the Excellent Student Selection (SSU ITB) consist of 2 components:

  1. Tuition Fee per Semester, payable at the beginning of each semester.

  2. Institutional Development Contribution (IPI), paid only once during the New Student Re-Registration period.

  3. The Undergraduate SSU ITB Single Tuition Fee (UKT) values, in accordance with the information on the Admission page, are as follows:

  4. The Undergraduate SSU ITB Institutional Development Contribution (IPI) values and installment schemes are as follows:

  5. Prospective students must complete UKT and IPI payments between May 29 – June 9, 2026, to process their academic administration as new ITB students and receive a Student Identification Number (NIM).
  6. Information regarding UKT payment procedures can be found on the https://six.itb.ac.id/login page under the "Finance and Scholarship" (keuangan dan beasiswa) menu after finalizing re-registration.
  7.  ⁠Prospective SSU track students may apply for an installment payment scheme:
    • Installment registration is open from May 29 to June 5, 2026, via the Directorate of Finance TMS in the "Finance and Scholarship" menu on the temporary SIX account.

    • Payment is split into two stages: the first 50% during the re-registration period, and the remaining 50% no later than the eighth week of classes according to the academic calendar.

  8. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia regarding State University Operational Cost Standards, ITB applies specific UKT rates for scholarship recipient students from economically disadvantaged families. The proportion of students assigned to UKT Group I, Group II, and scholarship recipients from economically disadvantaged families constitutes at least 20% (twenty percent) of the total accepted new student body.


E. STATEMENT OF DATA TRUTHFULNESS AND VERIFICATION

The following conditions apply to all prospective students admitted to ITB:

  1. All data and documents submitted online must be accurate, true, and authentic.

  2. The data and documents uploaded by prospective students will be checked for accuracy during the data verification stage.

  3. On the registration page, all prospective students will make a formal declaration stating that all submitted data and documents are true. If it is discovered at a later date that the provided information or documents are falsified, the student may face the consequence of having their STATUS AS AN ITB STUDENT REVOKED.
